Earlier this morning at 5:10 eastern, Outgoing New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson announced on ABC’s Good Morning America that Henry McCarty, better known as Billy the Kid; will not be pardoned on Richardson’s last day in office.
“Its such a waste of time,” said the Gov-Elect “We have a budget that we have to balance and there are things going on with the laboratory’s.”
“There is an awful lot of work to be taken care of,” she said.
