Fireworks

I was standing out on my back yard where my view is a golf course, and to my disbelief I see people launching bottle rockets across the golf course. I will be the first to admit I was dumb at times in my younger years, but to set off bottle rockets in plain sight? Okay, we have to look at our education system. I called the cops, broke out my camera and started shooting. I think I got one or two clear night shots. I’ll post them here if they came out. But you would think that with a dry state, people would take precautions and local Law Enforcement would enforce it (Rio Rancho PD). So the question is, was RRPD doing its job on the fourth of July? Good question. However, if you were listening to the scanners from 8:30 p.m. on; they sounded like they were preforming triage on the calls. Another question is….is that right? If you look at the golf course and the home owners association we are in (feels like at gunpoint) with them watering from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. when the sun is fully up, and evaporating the moisture the the ground has making it dry and potentially brittle. Does this make sense?
